Position Overview:

As an Administrative Coordinator for Patient Care, you will be essential in streamlining communication and supporting the administrative functions within the healthcare unit. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Your contributions will significantly enhance the efficiency of the healthcare team and improve patient care outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in medical office management is preferred.
  • Experience: Familiarity with computer systems for data entry and information processing is essential. Experience in customer service and public interaction is also important.
  • Preferred Background: Previous clerical experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and HIPAA regulations is preferred.
