Soliant is seeking a skilled Full-Time BCBA to join our team in a school district setting. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective behavior plans.

Job Overview:

This full-time position involves working on-site in a K-12th-grade environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop positive behavior interventions
  • Collaborate with students, staff, and parents to achieve behavioral goals
  • Implement and monitor behavior plans to ensure student success
Requirements:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
  • Knowledge of behavior principles and strategies
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
