Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the overall happiness of the community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for residents.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop and implement business growth strategies, including marketing and leasing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager or in a related role.
- Proven track record of success in leasing and resident services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detailed and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in accounting and financial management.
- Bonus skills: Yardi experience and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

- $28.00 per hour.
- Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
