Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the overall happiness of the community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop and implement business growth strategies, including marketing and leasing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager or in a related role.
  • Proven track record of success in leasing and resident services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detailed and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Bonus skills: Yardi experience and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
