Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at BlackHawk Industrial Operating Co. in Brooklyn Park, MN. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and pick-up of customer products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit and promote a culture of safety and excellence in all aspects of warehouse operations
• Perform daily safety inspections and verify signatures and paperwork
• Receive and verify incoming shipments, accurately sort and stage product, and put away stock
• Receive purchase orders, pick product, and package for shipping
• Check items to be shipped against picking tickets to ensure quantities, destinations, and routing are correct
• Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining ISO processes and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
• Strong customer service skills, excellent time management, and effective communication
