**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our regional operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead regional operations, including the management of multiple locations and teams.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, focusing on driving revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Removery remains at the forefront of the laser tattoo removal industry.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
