Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our regional operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, developing and implementing business strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, promoting engagement and driving business results.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Customer Experience: Analyze client feedback, develop, and implement training programs to enhance the customer experience, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all locations.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Develop and implement local area marketing plans, identifying opportunities to develop relationships within the community, and collaborating with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
  • Human Resources: Manage the distribution of promotional materials, report on their effectiveness, and provide training to team members to ensure optimal execution of marketing programs.
  • Project Management: Aid in on-the-ground project management for new location openings, attending weekly updates, and providing site visit recaps for archives.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading multiple locations, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, customer experience, and operational excellence.
  • Business Acumen: Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to focus on results, delivering outcomes in agreed timeframes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent corporate communication skills, with the ability to work across teams, and provide constructive feedback for the betterment of self and others.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to change, with a strength in describing the reasons for change, and a proven ability to be resourceful and solution-oriented.
  • Travel and Work Environment: Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, with consecutive overnight stays, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
