As a vital member of our team, the Nocturnal Guest Services Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their stay.

Position Summary

Our specialists are proactive in delivering a comprehensive range of services that enhance the guest journey.

They are empowered to navigate their environment and take necessary actions to meet guest needs.

Whether it involves managing operational tasks, addressing guest inquiries, completing documentation, or sharing local insights, the Nocturnal Guest Services Specialist integrates these interactions into the overall guest experience.

Success in this role hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company resources, upholding quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style.

Our specialists will be active throughout their shifts, engaging in various physical activities (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and taking a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance).

Excellence in these tasks (along with other reasonable duties as assigned) is essential for the Nocturnal Guest Services Specialist to deliver outstanding service to our guests and contribute positively to our business.


Preferred Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience necessary.

License or Certification:
None required.
