POSITION SUMMARY

The role of a Guest Experience Specialist transcends traditional check-in and check-out processes. Our aim is to create a memorable and distinctive experience for every guest. Guest Experience Specialists are proactive in delivering a comprehensive array of services that enhance the guest's journey throughout their stay. This position requires taking ownership of the guest experience in key areas of the hotel, adopting a guest-first approach. Specialists are empowered to navigate their environment and address needs as they arise, whether it involves managing operational tasks, fulfilling guest requests, compiling reports, serving quality meals, or highlighting local attractions.

Success in this role hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Experience Specialists will be active on their feet, engaging in various physical activities (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and employing a hands-on approach to their duties (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Excelling in these responsibilities is essential for Guest Experience Specialists to ensure a positive experience for both guests and the business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
