Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results, while building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Present financial solutions and products to customers, based on their needs and goals.
  • Partner with local businesses to develop new customers and grow our business.
  • Learn and utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual - Spanish.

We offer a competitive base salary range of $17.00-$20.00, plus a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
