As an Account Executive, Direct Sales, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on market trends and achieve operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with senior management on critical issues and identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
  • Conduct competitor assessments and analyze profit pools
Requirements:
  • Experience selling technology solutions and a strong understanding of how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to provide insight to senior management
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
  • 0-2 years of outside sales experience
What We Offer:

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
