Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to Domino's high standards
  • Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and operating store technology
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
