Minimum Qualifications:
- An associate degree is required, with no prior experience necessary.

Required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 90 days of employment for Health System Ambulatory Operations.
- Certification must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.
- Previous experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification is advantageous.
- Delivers high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensures that patient needs are addressed with professionalism and expertise.
- Acts as an advocate for patients, promptly resolving any concerns.
- Manages appointment scheduling and sends reminders to patients.
- Coordinates financial counseling for day surgery and informs patients regarding billing and financial obligations.
- Prepares necessary patient documentation and collects payments as required.
- Confirms patient details and insurance coverage for each visit.
- Ensures adherence to Medicare and third-party insurance policies.
