Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a 24/7 Call Center setting.
- Manage a substantial volume of calls while assisting individuals with appointment scheduling and addressing their inquiries.
- Maintain positive and professional communication consistently.
- Evaluate caller concerns to identify the most effective resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with nursing personnel to swiftly address urgent patient matters.
- Employ various software tools to oversee patient data and facilitate care processes.
- Adhere to institutional policies and guidelines rigorously.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all clinical departments, resources, scheduling protocols, and clinic operations.
- Prioritize calls effectively to support nursing interventions.
