Job DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to support our rapid growth and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring employee productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of help desk interactions, analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our IT team to implement new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IT help desk or support role.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in IT service management software (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
