Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Take great care of clients from beginning to end with every interaction, adding value by getting to know their needs and goals and solving their problems with our insurance products.
  • Work in a team environment to meet daily production goals and complete tasks with assigned due dates.
  • Be a self-starter and maintain a high level of activity with little supervision, maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience from a State Farm agency
  • Must be competitive, self-starting with little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Fully understand State Farm's current systems and processes
  • Property and Casualty license
  • Life and Health license
