We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Take great care of clients from beginning to end with every interaction, adding value by getting to know their needs and goals and solving their problems with our insurance products.
- Work in a team environment to meet daily production goals and complete tasks with assigned due dates.
- Be a self-starter and maintain a high level of activity with little supervision, maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience from a State Farm agency
- Must be competitive, self-starting with little supervision
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- People-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Fully understand State Farm's current systems and processes
- Property and Casualty license
- Life and Health license
