Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Chain Store Maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with experience in the facilities management industry. You will be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and client interactions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the facilities management industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
