At Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown, we're seeking a seasoned Hotel Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in the hospitality industry.

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in outside sales, who can drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in high-demand markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase top-line revenue in specified market segments.
  • Sell value, tell our story, and create an experience for our customers and prospects through regular sales calls and on-site visits.
  • Provide accurate information to inquiries regarding property facilities and maintain proper records of all sales calls and business activities.
  • Enhance customer relations and increase business for the property.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, incentives, and opportunities for growth and development. Requirements
  • Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success in finding and closing new business opportunities.
  • Optimistic self-starter with high degrees of drive, motivation, and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and discretion.
  • Strong customer service skills, including problem-solving and complaint resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
