Upscale Hospitality Sales Director

D.C. Global Talent Inc. is seeking an experienced Upscale Hospitality Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive group business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and leisure accounts to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and leisure accounts to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize average daily rates and retain loyal customers.
- Lead a dedicated sales team to consistently exceed sales quotas through best-in-class client service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Oversee all details for client events from initial booking through on-site logistics to ensure seamless, delightful experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hotel or resort industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals through relationship-building and negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- College degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
