Regional Sales Director

The AlignHR Oregon company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead the sales team on the West Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a high call volume from sales representatives, providing them with the necessary support to succeed and drive business growth.

About the Role:
- Manage a high call volume from sales representatives, providing them with the necessary support to succeed and drive business growth.
- Determine territories with the greatest sales growth potential and travel with territory reps to develop their skills, execute promotional activities, and develop brand awareness in the wholesale marketplace.
- Respond to team and prospects via phone and email to ensure the best fulfillment outcomes and improve process issues.
- Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources and samples to succeed.
- Attend trade shows and sales meetings (40% travel).
About You:
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth in the gift and souvenir or home market.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read your team and prospects without them explicitly telling you.
- Ability to flexibly pivot as necessary to meet business needs and market trends.
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients and team members successfully.
- Proficient in PowerBI, Excel, and ERP systems, with experience tracking information and creating reports to solve problems.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and lead others effectively.
