Overnight Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Overnight Support Coordinator to join our team at Centerboard, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our residents while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Overnight Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing overnight support and care to our residents, including daily living activities, medication administration, and crisis intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight support and care to residents, including daily living activities, medication administration, and crisis intervention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident interactions, progress notes, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Perform routine facility checks, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with residents, promoting positive interactions and behaviors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass initial competency evaluation and ongoing assessments.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
