Program Coordinator, Community Behavioral Health Services

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $20.18.
Job DescriptionThe Program Coordinator will provide administrative support for our Community Behavioral Health Center program, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance to clinical staff, including scheduling client appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Registering new patients and updating existing patient information, including verifying eligibility documents
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations to ensure correct data entry
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or Associates Degree
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
