Job Title: Regional Head of Technology Risk Management

Overview:

The Regional Head of Technology Risk Management is responsible for overseeing the technology risk management function for Natixis Investment Managers in the Americas. This role acts as the second line of defense (LoD2) and covers cyber risk, IT operations, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure affiliated Investment Managers implement the Technology Risk Management (TRM) target operating model and framework.
  • Oversee the roll-out of TRM policies, procedures, and guidelines, including controls, issue remediation, project security, risk assessments, awareness trainings, and incidents & crisis management.
  • Provide support and expertise to affiliated Investment Managers and promote a strong technology risk culture.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the global TRM framework by staying current with US regulations, technological evolutions, and best practices in technology risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience (financial sector preferred).
  • Certification in cybersecurity management (CISM, CISSP, ISO27001) is strongly preferred.
  • Effective collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to present and articulate clearly.
  • Willingness to work within a global team.
  • Highly motivated, proactive individual with the ability to take initiative, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Strong business partner who can successfully champion and implement challenging changes.
