Position Summary:

The Senior Accountant plays a crucial role in managing a variety of accounting functions, assisting management in the analysis of financial data, and finalizing the financial reports for HRM INFO LLC and its associated activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and prepare journal entries for the organization and its affiliates.
  • Maintain accurate records for capital assets and ensure proper scheduling of asset depreciation.
  • Oversee the development and upkeep of the organization's accounting policies and procedures; implement strong controls to manage accounting operations effectively.
  • Prepare regular financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and adherence to standard financial reporting practices on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Generate monthly reports outlining the status and progress of ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to formulate budgets and forecasts, reporting any significant discrepancies to the management team.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, facilitating the provision of necessary information for the annual financial review.
  • Perform project accounting and cost analysis for various initiatives as required.
  • Provide secondary support to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned or required.
