">Position Overview: We are seeking experienced sales professionals to drive new business sales forward. This role is highly impactful, responsible for meeting sales goals while building upon our existing pipeline. Ideal candidates will be action-oriented individuals with a passion for generating results.
">Key Responsibilities:">
- Conduct outreach through in-person and online meetings to build relationships and close deals.
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue quotas by managing the sales process.
- Understand clients' businesses and match them with Nuvolum's services to make recommendations.
- Craft proposals that demonstrate analytical and strategic sales abilities.
- Communicate accurate forecast information to management.
Qualifications:">
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- 3-5+ years' experience in new business development or sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth goals.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and the value provided by a full-service marketing agency.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a high-growth environment with a sense of urgency.

">Salary: $250,000 On Target Earnings annually, consisting of base salary and commission.
