- The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals, groundskeepers, and external contractors to uphold the highest standards of quality and service in maintaining the residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the maintenance team, ensuring effective operations.
- Manage essential maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and lighting inspections and repairs.
- Direct technicians and contractors on various projects while managing inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate all maintenance activities and contractor engagements.
- Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance schedules on a quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis.
- Implement and uphold all safety and environmental policies in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for the maintenance team.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and risk management regulations, including tracking team training hours and vendor activities.
- Ensure resident satisfaction through professional and timely interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA 608 Universal certification is mandatory.
- Certification as a Pool Operator may be necessary.
- Preferred certifications include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, or Carpentry.
- Desirable credentials: CAMT or APPA.
