  • The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals, groundskeepers, and external contractors to uphold the highest standards of quality and service in maintaining the residential community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the maintenance team, ensuring effective operations.
  • Manage essential maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and lighting inspections and repairs.
  • Direct technicians and contractors on various projects while managing inventory and supplies.
  • Coordinate all maintenance activities and contractor engagements.
  • Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance schedules on a quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis.
  • Implement and uphold all safety and environmental policies in accordance with company standards.
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions for the maintenance team.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, and risk management regulations, including tracking team training hours and vendor activities.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction through professional and timely interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EPA 608 Universal certification is mandatory.
  • Certification as a Pool Operator may be necessary.
  • Preferred certifications include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, or Carpentry.
  • Desirable credentials: CAMT or APPA.
