Responsibilities

  1. Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients, understand their insurance requirements, and offer personalized solutions.
  2. Sales Meetings: Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to discuss insurance options and recommend suitable coverage.
  3. Policy Recommendations: Provide expert advice on insurance policies that align with clients' needs and preferences.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue leads to expand the client base and increase sales opportunities.
  5. Customer Service: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service.

Requirements

  1. Licensing: A valid Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Client-Focused: A commitment to exceeding client expectations with exceptional service.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an office setting and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
