Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Toyota Sales Professional to join our team at Byers Toyota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Provide expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.

  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the quality and features of Toyota vehicles.

  • Work closely with customers to identify and meet their needs, and to ensure a seamless sales experience.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles and features, as well as industry trends and market conditions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
