Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, selling memberships and retail products, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Responsibilities
  • Membership Sales: Increase sales of membership programs and retail products to our guests.
  • Customer Experience: Greet visitors, provide an excellent customer experience, and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.
  • Appointment Booking: Book appointments in person or by phone, ensuring seamless communication with our guests and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Contribute to the maintenance of inventory levels, ensuring that our salon is well-stocked and prepared for our guests.
  • Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your role.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Availability: Ability to work some weekends and evenings, as required.
  • Software Experience: Experience with MindBody Software is a plus, but not required.
