We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at Kevin Bryant - State Farm Agent. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals and protecting their assets.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance and financial needs.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop personalized solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
