Office Manager

At Groza Learning Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and staff
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
