**Job Summary**

Rm Medical Search & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care/ICU/PICU/NICU Physician Assistant to join our team. As a critical care physician assistant, you will work closely with our team of experienced healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assess and manage critically ill patients in the ICU, PICU, and NICU settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Perform various medical procedures, including intubation, central line placement, and arterial line placement
  • Conduct daily rounds and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care medicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
