Talent4Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications accurately and safely, including intravenous (IV) medications, complex drug regimens, and pain management therapies.
- Provide care for patients with complex medical conditions, such as chronic heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or acute kidney injury.
- Respond to medical emergencies, such as cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or sepsis.
- Teach patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care measures.
- 2 years of experience in nursing, with at least 1 year of experience in the PCU.
- Current RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
- A competitive salary of $2,346.00 per week.
- The opportunity to work with a certified MBE and Joint Commission-accredited provider of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions.
