Position Overview

Community Services and Employment Training, Inc. is in search of a dedicated individual to offer administrative assistance to the Case Management Team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting with various programs. This role requires proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and general office tasks, along with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach. Excellent communication, writing, time management, and comprehension skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently. Familiarity with inventory management is a plus. A clean driving record and eligibility for vehicle insurance coverage are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

This role entails providing administrative support to the Back2Work case management team. The successful candidate will be an independent worker capable of adapting to changing demands throughout the day. Driving company vehicles is a requirement.

  • Maintain attendance logs for all worksites
  • Confirm sign-in sheet accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute the monthly safety calendar
  • Compile program documentation packets
  • Update job boards with new opportunities weekly
  • Manage inventory of safety gear and uniforms
  • Conduct weekly sanitation of shared workspaces
  • Provide clerical support to program staff, including copying, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Distribute uniforms to staff
  • Assist staff during marketing efforts, presentations, and enrollments
  • Act as a liaison between participants and staff
  • Organize frequently used workspaces
  • Ensure the safe use and maintenance of all tools and equipment assigned
  • Adhere to organizational discipline procedures and program objectives
  • Foster positive team morale and collaboration by working closely with the leadership team
  • Learn to accurately document all work performed
  • Engage in community service activities, outreach, and education on environmental issues, excluding fundraising or political advocacy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
