Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical assistance to the Case Management Team.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for various worksites.
  • Verify and manage sign-in sheet counts.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly safety calendars.
  • Compile program paperwork packets for distribution.
  • Update the job board with new opportunities on a weekly basis.
  • Oversee inventory counts for safety gear and uniforms.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of shared workspaces on a weekly basis.
  • Support program staff with clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in the distribution of uniforms.
  • Facilitate support during marketing events, presentations, and enrollments.
  • Act as a liaison between program participants and staff.
  • Organize commonly used work areas to enhance efficiency.
  • Safeguard the proper use and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Engage in community service and outreach activities as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment
