Position Summary:

The Critical Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administrative support of the Critical Care program within designated hospitals. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among the healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for the Critical Care program across assigned hospital sites.
  • Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support, including but not limited to coding, billing, payroll, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with hospital partners and assist the Program Medical Director in various initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage communications, including calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses to priority matters.
  • Oversee census reconciliation and maintain accurate records of patient information.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new providers and assist with scheduling and credentialing tasks.
  • Support leadership teams by organizing meetings and tracking attendance for various committees.
  • Assist in data management and reporting to ensure compliance with performance metrics.
  • Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring efficient retrieval of information and resources.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of the following attributes:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in healthcare customer service or administrative roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
