Job Title: Homecare Administrative Coordinator Four-Day Shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scheduler and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ComForCare Home Health Care - Seattle Bellevue. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and clinical aspects of our office, including scheduling, onboarding of clients and caregivers, billing, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide caregiving coverage for clients as needs arise
  • Oversee scheduling of caregivers, including shifts in private homes and senior living communities
  • Help ensure that client and caregiver records are complete and accurate
  • Assist with interviewing, training, and hiring qualified caregiving staff
  • Serve as part of on-call and customer service process to ensure continuous high-quality care to clients

Requirements:

  • High school graduate, with a college degree and/or industry experience strongly preferred
  • Computer savvy, with experience in MS Office, CRM, Adobe Acrobat, and the willingness and aptitude to learn business management software platforms
  • At least one year of healthcare experience, preferably in senior care. Managerial or administrative experience a plus
  • Licensed caregiver, ideally with at least one year of experience, or be willing to get certified as a caregiver
  • Adept at both working within a team and leading other team members, while also being comfortable being independent and self-motivated
  • Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling throughout the Greater Seattle area
  • Enjoy building relationships and networks within the senior care community
  • Flexible, positive, and excited about challenges
  • Organized and dependable, with attention to detail and regulations
