About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Washington (required).
Attention to detail, time management skills, effective problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Good organization and effective communication skills.
Home health experience preferred.
