Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the engineering team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume office environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
