Intake Coordinator

Comprehensive Community Action is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for completing intake and assessments with individuals and/or families in need, coordinating services to meet their needs, and determining eligibility for basic human needs programs.

• Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews with clients to gather information and assess their needs
• Coordinate services with community agencies and organizations to meet client needs
• Determine eligibility for basic human needs programs, such as energy assistance and housing
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Comprehensive Community Action offers a competitive salary of $22.00 per hour, depending on degree.
