Hospitality Sales Executive

Position Overview:
Horizon Hospitality is on the lookout for a skilled Sales Manager to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales division, driving efforts to meet and surpass revenue objectives for our resort. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting and executing comprehensive sales strategies, uncovering new business avenues, and fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders and industry collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Formulate and implement effective sales plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary of up to $65,000, along with commission opportunities, health benefits, paid time off, a flexible work schedule, and additional perks.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in outside sales within the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with the local market is essential.
