As an Account Manager, Mid Market, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business, fostering strong relationships with our customers, and shaping the future of DevOps processes within your allocated enterprise account portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty
  • Identify and capitalize on new up-sell and expansion opportunities with existing customers
  • Ensure the success and renewal process for your portfolio of customers, analyzing usage metrics to understand their adoption of JFrog's products
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to negotiate, structure, and quote renewal contracts for maximum renewal rates
  • Maintain long-term account health and relationships
  • Evaluate renewal probabilities and work with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Support pre-sales cycles and utilize Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Advanced Microsoft Excel for projects
  • Drive product adoption, share best practices, and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success within your customer base
  • Escalate at-risk customers appropriately and document communications and transactions in Salesforce
  • Keep customers informed about best practices, product features, new releases, and upgrades

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Software subscription sales, preferably with revenue quota carrying experience with large enterprise customers
  • Experience managing and owning the full sales cycle from lead to closing the deal, supporting pre-sales cycles, and utilizing Salesforce and Advanced Microsoft Excel

What JFrog Offers:

  • A competitive base salary range between $80,000 to $110,000, based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location
  • Discretionary bonuses or commission payments
  • An equity package of restricted stock units (RSU) and participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • A hybrid work environment, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote
