About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our Health Solutions team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with our clients, growing their existing portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Health Solutions relationship with Aon, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Grow the existing portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on local, regional, and national healthcare market trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics & Actuarial team to develop strategies for clients and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work with the client delivery team to ensure seamless execution of all deliverables.
  • Present innovative solutions and services developed by Aon to clients, highlighting the value and benefits they bring.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in the group health and benefits industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered, and the value they bring to clients.
  • Financial acumen and ability to articulate recommendations to clients.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present to client senior leadership.
