About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced iGaming Operations Manager to join our team at NeoPollard Interactive. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our iGaming contact center, compliance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the iGaming contact center to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of iGaming operations with other business functions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming operations, contact center management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
