As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of store operations, including supporting online sales, merchandising, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a schedule that varies and limited evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships by prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate efficient checkout processes, ensuring prompt and accurate transaction handling.
- Enhance product knowledge through continuous learning and engagement with vendor resources.
- Assist customers in product selection and inquiries by leveraging your understanding of our offerings.
- Support the Store Manager in executing merchandising standards and maintaining store presentation.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts by organizing, pricing, and displaying products effectively.
- Participate in inventory management, including preparation and auditing.
- Handle financial transactions with care to minimize losses.
- Perform various Point-of-Sale functions, including transaction processing and inventory adjustments.
- Manage incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders to support e-commerce operations.
- Engage in special projects as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- This role involves daily physical activities, including bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
