This position aligns with H&M's standards, policies, and legal obligations, reporting to Department Managers with an indirect reporting line to Department Supervisors.

Daily Activities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers to deliver outstanding service in both service areas and on the sales floor.
  • Maintain an organized sales floor by arranging, displaying, and merchandising products in accordance with H&M's guidelines.
  • Receive, unpack, and label merchandise promptly to maximize selling opportunities.

  • Adhere to safety, security, and operational protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
