Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Dermalogica LLC. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating existing business, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Provide product knowledge and training to clients to ensure they are equipped to sell Dermalogica products effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the beauty industry or with prestige consumer goods
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the skincare industry and Dermalogica products is a plus
