Lead a Team of Clinicians in a Dynamic Outpatient Setting

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Integrated Behavioral Health to lead an exceptional team of clinicians in our outpatient setting. As a Behavioral Health Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical supervision, promote high-quality behavioral health and social services, and implement evidence-based treatment practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians
  • Implement evidence-based treatment practices and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Review policies and procedures to enhance overall performance
  • Lead a team of clinicians in a dynamic outpatient setting
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Active License in NH (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
  • 2 or more years of supervisory leadership experience
  • Integrated Behavioral Health experience
  • Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy
