The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and active licensure in New Hampshire. The Clinical Manager will provide clinical supervision, promote high-quality behavioral health services, and implement evidence-based treatment practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to a team of Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians
- Promote high-quality behavioral health and social services
- Implement evidence-based treatment practices
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments in relation to program goals
- Review policies and procedures to enhance overall performance
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Active licensure in New Hampshire (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
- 2 or more years of supervisory leadership experience
- Integrated Behavioral Health experience
- Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults
- Experience providing individual and group therapy
