The Clinical Manager will provide clinical supervision, promote high-quality behavioral health services, and implement evidence-based treatment practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians
  • Promote high-quality behavioral health and social services
  • Implement evidence-based treatment practices
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments in relation to program goals
  • Review policies and procedures to enhance overall performance
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Active licensure in New Hampshire (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
  • 2 or more years of supervisory leadership experience
  • Integrated Behavioral Health experience
  • Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy
