Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for modifying product designs to ensure manufacturability, reducing product costs, and meeting program delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective manufacturing processes and procedures to meet program and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes.
  • Analyze and optimize production plans and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production plans, manufacturing schedules, and factory forecasts.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, such as manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
