Manufacturing Process Engineer III

Hunter Douglas, a leading manufacturer of window coverings and architectural products, is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment to meet production requirements.
- Conduct performance tests on production equipment and processes to monitor yield rates, ease of operation, and overall production efficiency.
- Collaborate with production personnel to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Provide technical support to production personnel and other departments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
